Greenhouse Sale Ends February 22nd Dig This

Like most of us at Dig This, you're probably itching to get into the garden.  If only the weather would cooperate!

When it's cold or wet, the best way to get into your garden is in your greenhouse.  The air smells "green" and insulated from the elements you can start seeds, repot plants, or just relax with a good book and a cup of tea!

No greenhouse?  Don't miss our semi-annual greenhouse sale.  Until February 22nd, buy any Greenhouse and you can get the most sought-after accessories at less than 1/2 price:  a one-tier shelving unit, an automatic vent opener, and the invaluable Greenhouse Gardener's Companion.  You'll save $165.50.

Buy our most popular greenhouse - the Supreme 8' by 6' pictured here - and get the accessories too - all for $1500, a savings of $235.50 over the regular price.

Need help?  Our installer will do a free site evaluation if you need advice on where to put your greenhouse and what type of foundation would work best.  The greenhouses are easy to assemble, but if you'd rather garden than build, our installer will put up your greenhouse for an extra charge.

Come in to any of our stores - we'd be happy to show you our greenhouses and answer all your questions.

Victoria's Seedy Saturday is February 21st Dig This

Don't miss Victoria's best annual gardening event - Seedy Saturday - held Saturday, February 21st from 10 am to 4 pm at the Victoria Conference Centre, 720 Douglas Street.  There will be seeds, plants, and garden equipment for sale; demonstrations and lots of speakers.

Keynote speakers include Frank Morton, one of the West Coast's most outspoken seed growers, and  well-known Vancouver gardener and nurseryman, Thomas Hobbs, who will describe the challenges of creating a new vision for his new  20 acre garden in south Langley that backs onto a 500 acre park.

Of course, Dig This will be there - and we'll have our fantastic Organic Seed Potatoes.   Come early - we sold out last year!
