January 2009 is going to bring big changes to our downtown store: we're giving up the basement level and moving all our great gifts and gear for gardeners on to a new, expanded main floor. We're excited about this move because we know it will make it easier for our customers to find everything they are looking for on one level.
However ... getting there takes a bit of work. First we have to move everything out of the basement! That's where we're hoping you'll help us out. We're having a huge Renovation Sale with most items in the store marked down 15% to 70%.
We know some of you regularly check out our sale room in the basement for great deals. Everything in that room is now 70% off the regular price. All our Christmas decor is 50% off, and our fall, winter and Christmas table linens are on sale for up to 50% off. Many other regularly stocked items are 15% to 50% off too.
So please help us out! We really don't want to move all those things in the basement upstairs!

It;s not just about the downtown store ... all the Dig This stores have sales on right now. Christmas decor is on sale at 50% off, table linens are on sale up to 50% off, and many other items are marked down up to 70% off.
Did you know you can plant spring bulbs right into January? Some of our stores still have spring-flowering bulbs left and these are now 70% off. Please call ahead to make sure the store closest to you still has some left.
And paperwhites and amaryllis are beautiful house plants in January and February. Most stores still have some supplies left and these are also on sale!
You know we have beautiful things you want ... so why not buy them now while they are on sale!
We're looking forward to 2009 with particular excitement this year, as it will be the 25th Anniversary of Dig This. Yes, it's true ... Dig This has been in business for 25 years.
If you have any stories or pictures of our store over the years, we'd love to receive them. In the meantime, we're thinking of fun ways to celebrate all throughout the year, so stay tuned for information of our birthday celebrations.
Happy New Year to all our wonderful customers. May 2009 be the best year yet for you and your families.
